Our items are carefully curated and styled into a unique and fabulous party and sold in one convenient box. Each party also comes with a custom party plan which includes decor item details, food and/or dessert recommendations, and styling tips for putting your party together. I’m a local customer. Can I pick up my order? Yes! Our studio is open to local customers for local pick up by appointment only. Customers must place their orders online and select “Local Pick Up” upon checking out. We will email you when your order is ready to be picked up!

Will I be charged sales tax? Sales tax of 8% will be added to all orders.

How long will it take to receive my party supplies? Our goal is to process, package and ship your order as soon as possible. Please allow between 2-3 business days for processing. As soon as processing is complete, packages will ship from Northeast Ohio via United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping time will depend on the size of the package and location. You will receive an email when your package has been shipped with the tracking information. We cannot be responsible for transit times, which is the responsibility of the carrier. Shipping times are in addition to the order processing time of 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Expedited and international shipping can be made available on an individual basis. Please email us for a quote. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once we have tendered to the carrier.

What is the electronic party plan? After purchasing a party box, we will email you an electronic copy of the party plan which will include, decor item details, food and/or dessert recommendations, set-up and styling tips for putting the party together.

Is it possible to track my package or check in on the status of my order? Sure, you can check on the status of your order or get tracking information by emailing us with your order number, or the full name the order was made under, and we can give you this information.

How can I see a copy of my invoice? Your invoice will be emailed to you along with your order confirmation.

What if I need additional plates or linens? We have sized most of our party boxes for 16 guests with “extras” in many categories. However if you need additional items please contact us and we can arrange for additional components if we have excess inventory. If items are out of stock, we can likely point you somewhere for a simple direct purchase.

Do you ever offer any coupons? Occasionally we do offer exclusive discounts through Instagram. Follow us to keep up to date with our newest styles and for special offers.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it’s placed? Once an order is placed you will be able to cancel within 24 hours to receive a full refund.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards through Paypal.

How much is shipping? Standard shipping rate is a flat fee of $16.95 due to the large size and weight of our party box. Expedited shipping will incur additional fees, please contact us for more information.

Can I ship to a PO Box? We do not ship to PO boxes at this time.

How long does it take to process and ship my order? Most party boxes are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. If an item becomes backordered or undeliverable, you will be notified within 3 days of placing your order.

What if my order arrived damaged? If any items within your box were damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of being received and we will take care of the issue.

Do you accept returns? Providing stylish and quality party goods is of utmost importance to us however some of these items are handmade and do require careful handling. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your complete purchase to us within 7 days of receiving your delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Some boxes may be subject to a restocking fee and also shipping costs will not be refunded. Individual items are not accepted for return, the party box must be returned in full. All individual items within the box must be unopened and still in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
